TechStyle Fashion Group Recognized as a Great Place to Work for 5th Consecutive Year
Certification Demonstrates Positive Reception to New and Expanded Initiatives Focused on Creating an Enjoyable, Diverse and Inclusive Culture

TechStyle Fashion Group, the global fashion retailer known for its membership-based digital brands Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, JustFab, ShoeDazzle and FabKids, today announced it has been certified as a 2020 Great Place to Work® for the fifth consecutive year. This recognition and the positive results follow a series of efforts by TechStyle to enhance its culture with initiatives guided by three key pillars: Innovation, Drive, and One Team.

We are especially proud to see that our ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion has boosted employee pride and satisfaction.”
Each year, the “Great Place to Work” ranking is based on employees’ anonymous assessment of TechStyle Fashion Group’s culture, management and opportunities for advancement, among other areas. Feedback was gathered through the Great Place to Work® Trust Index™ survey and used to compile a Great Place to Work® Review. Eighty-eight percent of TechStyle’s eligible employees responded to the survey.
According to the experience overview, 90 percent of employees surveyed take great pride in working at TechStyle. The responses collected were from 1,867 U.S. based employees, deemed as a large sample size for this survey.
Additional highlights from the findings included:
- 91 percent said TechStyle makes new employees feel welcome
- 90 percent said they are proud to tell others they work at TechStyle
- 89 percent said they feel a sense of pride for TechStyle’s accomplishments
- 89 percent said TechStyle provides a good working environment
Common themes expressed across feedback from survey respondents included: respect for leadership; support of employees; dedication to diversity; and an investment in celebrating success. Highlights of anonymous feedback shared included:
- “TechStyle embodies ‘people first’.”
- “The relationship between our company and members is irreplaceable.”
- “I would say this is the best company I have worked for so far in my career. Our executive team cares about us and listens to us when we voice our opinions.”
TechStyle experienced additional growth in two major areas from the 2019 survey: Career Development jumped from a score of 66 in 2019 to 70 in 2020, while Community Service experienced a jump in score from 68 in 2019 to 82 in 2020. In the time since the 2019 survey, TechStyle has continued to place a strong emphasis on these two areas, among others. Some examples of other areas where TechStyle reported exceedingly high scores include diversity and facilities, with scores of 95 and 94 respectively.
The certification and results come after another year of continued investment in TechStyle’s workplace culture at its corporate headquarters, across its retail stores, and within its fulfillment centers. Most recently, TechStyle pledged to employees a commitment to playing a role in a eradication of racism through measurable actions, including increasing the recruitment of Black job candidates; conducting diversity, inclusivity and sensitivity training; weaving multiculturalism into its corporate DNA; and engaging young adults within Black communities.
