Don Ressler and Adam Goldenberg are Co-CEOs of TechStyle Fashion Group. It is their vision that has set the company on a course to reimagine the fashion business.
A serial entrepreneur, TechStyle Fashion Group co-founder and co-CEO Adam Goldenberg’s 20-year career in startups began at the age of 13. Goldenberg started an online bulletin board that he would later pivot into a gaming website called Gamer’s Alliance. By 17, Goldenberg sold Gamer’s Alliance to former MySpace parent company, Intermix. Despite his young age, Goldenberg was offered a full-time position at Intermix and by 19 was named COO, making him the youngest COO of a public company in history. Following his tenure at Intermix, Goldenberg saw promise in the burgeoning world of e-commerce space and founded Intelligent Beauty, which spawned several companies including DermStore and JustFab. Today, as Co-CEO of TechStyle Fashion Group, Goldenberg presides over data, marketing, margins and internal systems.
Co-Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer, Don Ressler is recognized as a pioneer in the ecommerce and online space. Ressler has a long history of successful business ventures, beginning with the sale of his business FitnessHeaven.com to MySpace parent company Intermix Media in 1997. Ressler served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Fitness Heaven before joining Intermix, where he spearheaded core ventures that enhanced shareholder value and helped the company sell to News Corp. for more than $670 million. Ressler’s ventures prior to TechStyle Fashion Group, which also includes the co-founding of Alena Media and skincare brand Hydroderm, have collectively raised over $100 million and generated in excess of $1 billion in sales. Ressler went on to found Intelligent Beauty with Adam Goldenberg, which inspired the creation of TechStyle Fashion Group. Today Don presides over the company’s talent, vision and customer experience.
Anton von Rueden
Anton von Rueden is TechStyle Fashion Group’s Chief Operating Officer. He began his career in his native Germany in 1999, joining a small startup that would become eBay Germany. Von Rueden managed the marketing department of eBay Germany from 2001–2003 before he began building eBay’s European Customer Service Center in Berlin. In 2003 he moved to the European HQ in Bern and, in his capacity as Managing Director, established eBay’s business teams in Austria and Switzerland. In 2006 he left eBay for Spreadshirt, where he led their Global Operations until 2008. Spreadshirt led to a position running Operations for the Munich-based law firm Waldorf Frommer until 2012. In 2012 von Rueden co-founded Carfrogger and until the completion of a merger in 2014 led the company as the CEO. In 2014 he joined TechStyle Fashion Group as General Manager of Global Member Services before relocating from Berlin to El Segundo to serve as Chief Operating Officer.
Thorsten Struck is TechStyle Fashion Group’s Chief Financial Officer. Struck joined TechStyle in 2013, holding titles including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for The company’s European business that’s headquartered in Berlin, Germany. Prior to TechStyle, Struck held Chief Financial Officer roles at a number of leading European companies operating in the online commerce space, including eBay Spain, ricardo.ch AG, a Swiss online trading portal, and mobile.de, Germany’s largest online vehicle marketplace. He also sat on the Board of Directors for ricardo Group.
Tim Collins brings more than 20 years of experience in senior technology positions toTechStyle Fashion Group. As Chief Technology Officer, Tim utilizes his extensive background to develop the company’s technical strategy, infrastructure and enterprise membership commerce software suite. Overall responsibilities include application development, software engineering, database design and administration, and network administration, while staying abreast of emerging technologies and tools. Before joiningTechStyle Fashion Group, Tim was Founder and CTO of RateVoice – a leading provider of product ratings, reviews and other social commerce technologies. Prior to that he was CTO and Founder of Ecommerce Innovations, including popular eCommerce business Inspired Silver, and served as Director of Technology at Intermix Media.
Chief Media Officer
Laura Joukovski is Chief Media Officer, overseeing global media and acquisition at TechStyle Fashion Group. As Chief Media Officer, Laura harnesses the power of customer insights to drive member acquisition through the deployment of more than $125M annually in advertising across TechStyle Fashion Group’s portfolio of brands, including: Fabletics, JustFab, ShoeDazzle & FabKids. Fusing the art and science of return on investment for creative and media, Laura’s efforts have helped TechStyle Fashion Group brands such as Fabletics achieve 50 percent national awareness within just three years of launching. Laura has held a series of executive leadership positions within the TechStyle Fashion Group, including SVP of Analytics and General Manager of Fabletics. She joined TechStyle Fashion Group in 2013 following the acquisition of FabKids, where she served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Prior toTechStyle Fashion Group, Laura held the role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Tea Collection, a multi-channel fashion company that grew into a $20 million profitable business under her leadership. Laura served in various financial planning and analysis management roles throughout her career at world class companies including Levi Strauss & Co and Booz Allen Hamilton.
Gerrit Mueller is responsible for the European expansion of TechStyle Fashion Group brands. Based in Berlin, Germany, Gerrit oversees all aspects of expanding JustFab’s and Fabletics’ successful business outside of the USA. Gerrit’s 15+ years of online experience, combined with his with entrepreneurial spirit, makes him perfectly poised to establish these brands as the market leader in Europe. Prior to joining TechStyle Fashion Group., Gerrit was CEO and GM International for MyHammer AG in Germany, Europe’s largest marketplace for contracting services. He oversaw MyHammer’s 50% annual growth during his tenure as CEO. From 2007 to 2009, Gerrit served as a Senior Director at Yahoo! in London, England, where he oversaw Yahoo!’s mobile products. Prior to Yahoo!, Gerrit founded his own mobile startup, Icon Impact GmbH, which today is part of the worldwide WPP ad network (Iconmobile Group). Gerrit started his career at eBay in Germany where he spent five years in multiple product management functions in Berlin, Germany, as well as in California, launching international eBay marketplaces in Austria, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.
President, Fast Fashion
Traci Inglis is brand president, JustFab & ShoeDazzle overseeing TechStyle Fashion Group’s fast fashion group. She has had a love for all things retail since long before she started her career in it a couple of decades ago. Studying Business Marketing and Fashion Merchandising at the Ohio State University, she first cut her teeth at a retail consulting firm writing SQL and SAS queries to develop customer segmentation for direct marketing campaigns. Her key clients were Victoria’s Secret, Express and Abercrombie & Fitch, and after a couple of years she left to join the Express marketing team, where she managed the direct marketing program in house. There, she grew her role to include Store Marketing, Email, Catalog, Market Research and Branding, even spending time training as a merchant to gain a more 360-degree understanding of the retail business.
She then moved to the West Coast, taking a Director role at Westfield to better understand the Real Estate side of retail before joining Torrid & Hot Topic to head up the Digital Marketing & CRM teams across all brands. Traci joined TechStyle Fashion Group in 2013 and oversees Brand Marketing, CRM, Research and Creative for the Fast Fashion division.
Matt Fojut brings many years of experience managing business, legal and corporate affairs for internet businesses. As Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, Matt is responsible for mergers & acquisitions, business development, strategic partnerships and capital transactions. As General Counsel, Matt oversees the legal and corporate affairs of TechStyle Fashion Group, including commercial transactions, product marketing review, regulatory compliance and intellectual property matters.
CMO of Fabletics
Kristen Dykstra serves as CMO of Fabletics. A California native based in Los Angeles, Kristen has most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer of Charming Charlie, a rapidly growing women’s accessories retailer and HALSTON, the iconic luxury brand founded in the 1970’s. Prior to HALSTON, Kristen lived in New York City where she served as SVP of Marketing for Ann Taylor and Chief Marketing Officer of Kenneth Cole Productions. As a key member of each company’s executive committee, Kristen consistently served as the strategic architect of integrated marketing programs designed to evolve and enhance brand perception and create an emotional connection with the customer while driving results with loyal and new prospective clients. Prior to Kenneth Cole, Kristen worked for BCBG Max Azria Group for 11 years. During her tenure, she played an integral role in growing the company from a $250 million retailer into a $2 billion global apparel group, supporting the launch and acquisition of 19 new brands and various licensees & distributors, while playing a lead role in turning the relatively unknown BCBG name into a globally renowned, highly sought-after brand.

Felix Del Toro
Felix Del Toro is Senior Vice President, Chief Merchandise & Design Officer of Fabletics, a global activewear brand co-founded by Kate Hudson and operated by TechStyle Fashion Group. With over twenty five years of experience in product management and merchandising, del Toro is known for his unique ability to effectively marry creativity and innovation with business acumen. His deep understanding of technology and data-driven operations has yielded a successful track record of driving profitability for fashion brands.
Since joining Fabletics in 2017 del Toro has developed, led, and mentored talent and global teams across disciplines with a focus on business acceleration and sustainable brand growth. His leadership has ushered in a brand evolution for Fabletics, which has included enhanced products, dynamic merchandising and increased collection frequency as a result of inventory innovation. The energy infused into Fabletics by del Toro has contributed significantly to the brand’s rapid growth across the North America and Europ
SVP of ShoeDazzle
Petra Braun Fukuda
Petra Braun Fukuda serves as SVP of ShoeDazzle, overseeing marketing and growth initiatives for the brand. Previous to her ShoeDazzle role she was SVP of Merchandise for all of TechStyle Fashion Group’s fast fashion brands across the USA, Canada and Europe. In that role, she managed planning for all categories of merchandise including shoes, bags, apparel and accessories. Born and raised in Germany, Petra worked as an Account Executive in advertising at Ogilvy & Mather, where she managed print, radio and television campaigns for a large variety of brands, including DreamWorks Pictures, Disney Channel, Comcast and Mattel. In 2002, Petra became Vice President of Marketing at CalTan, a leading manufacturer of specialty sunscreen products. There she managed all marketing, sales and product development aspects of five brands in over 42 markets worldwide, increasing CalTan’s international business by 25% each year. Petra joined Intelligent Beauty in 2007. As the Vice President for DermStore, helping to launch the company’s in-house beauty brands until the company was acquired by Target Stores. In 2010, Petra was part of the core team in launching JustFab shoes and in 2014, she helped create the JustFab and ShoeDazzle apparel business.
GM of FabKids
Shauna Drumright is General Manager of FabKids, TechStyle Fashion Group’s preeminent kids’ fashion subscription business. Shauna was a member of the founding team at FabKids, where she initially led brand and performance marketing. From there she went on to build the brand’s product management organization. Shauna came to FabKids after leading marketing across several fashion and beauty brands at PopSugar & ShopStyle, two other fast-growing ecommerce brands. Shauna earned her MBA at Harvard Business School, where she helped launch One Kings Lane as an MBA intern. After graduating with a degree in economics from Cornell University, Shauna began her career in brand management at Procter & Gamble. There she developed brand-building strategies and execution plans on billion-dollar brand, Bounty, along with a portfolio of international brands under Clairol.
