Don Ressler and Adam Goldenberg are Co-CEOs of TechStyle Fashion Group. It is their vision that has set the company on a course to reimagine the fashion business.
Adam Goldenberg has evolved from entrepreneurial prodigy to eCommerce industry thought leader. While still in high school, Adam founded his first company, Gamer’s Alliance, which he then sold to Intermix Media. The birthplace of MySpace, Intermix named Adam its Chief Operating Officer when Adam was just 19 – making him the youngest COO of a public company in history. At Intermix, Adam co-founded Alena Media – a first-of-its-kind eCommerce platform that would go on to serve as the template for TechStyle – with future TechStyle co-CEO Don Ressler. Adam and Don further cemented their burgeoning partnership by shepherding Intermix to a successful exit, selling Intermix to Fox News Corp. for $670 million dollars. In 2006, Don and Adam launched Intelligent Beauty, a vertically integrated beauty brand incubator. Intelligent Beauty scored a major success selling it’s flagship property Dermstore.com and portfolio of beauty brands to Target in 2013. In 2010, Don and Adam founded TechStyle Fashion Group. TechStyle’s mission: reimagine the fashion industry by creating the world’s most innovative, digitally native fashion brands. To date, TechStyle has launched successful, category-redefining fashion brands such as JustFab, Shoedazzle, FabKids, Savage X Fenty, and Fabletics. As of 2020, Don and Adam’s roster of brands have generated over $8 billion dollars in sales.
Don Ressler is an eCommerce pioneer and a foundational architect of the digital fashion industry. Meera Bhatia is our President of Expert Services, overseeing TechStyle’s shared service divisions supporting the Company’s five fast-growing global brands. She leads all business operations and strategy across Technology, Supply Chain, Fulfillment Centers, Global Member Services, Media and Acquisition, and Corporate Communications. Bhatia brings to TechStyle extensive experience in product management, marketing, engineering and operations for high growth businesses. Previously, Bhatia served as the Chief Operating Officer at Stella & Dot, where she worked across all three Stella & Dot brands leading customer service, product management, engineering, fulfillment and e-commerce growth teams. Prior to joining Stella & Dot, Bhatia served as Head of Product Management, Marketing Solutions at LinkedIn. Before joining LinkedIn, Bhatia held the position of Senior Director, Global Product at Hotels.com, where she directly managed a team of Product Management Directors and Technical Product Managers and was responsible for developing and executing Global Product Strategy for Hotels.com in 75+ countries. Earlier in her career, Bhatia spent five years at Microsoft, first as a Group Product Manager and later as Director of Monetization, EMEA.
Thorsten Struck is TechStyle Fashion Group’s Chief Financial Officer. Struck joined TechStyle in 2013, holding titles including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for The company’s European business that’s headquartered in Berlin, Germany. Prior to TechStyle, Struck held Chief Financial Officer roles at a number of leading European companies operating in the online commerce space, including eBay Spain, ricardo.ch AG, a Swiss online trading portal, and mobile.de, Germany’s largest online vehicle marketplace. He also sat on the Board of Directors for ricardo Group.
Tim Collins brings more than 20 years of experience in senior technology positions to TechStyle Fashion Group. As Chief Technology Officer, Tim utilizes his extensive background to develop the company’s technical strategy, infrastructure and enterprise membership commerce software suite. Overall responsibilities include application development, software engineering, database design and administration, and network administration, while staying abreast of emerging technologies and tools. Before joining TechStyle Fashion Group, Tim was Founder and CTO of RateVoice – a leading provider of product ratings, reviews and other social commerce technologies. Prior to that he was CTO and Founder of Ecommerce Innovations, including popular eCommerce business Inspired Silver, and served as Director of Technology at Intermix Media.
Matt Fojut brings many years of experience managing business, legal and corporate affairs for internet businesses. As Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, Matt is responsible for mergers & acquisitions, business development, strategic partnerships and capital transactions. As General Counsel, Matt oversees the legal and corporate affairs of TechStyle Fashion Group, including commercial transactions, product marketing review, regulatory compliance and intellectual property matters.

Jerry Sawyer is the Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion at TechStyle Fashion Group, responsible for leading the company’s global D&I strategy as well as implementing and overseeing initiatives designed to foster a supportive culture across the company. An experienced leader in marketing, Jerry previously held a key role in the brand marketing department of Nike, overseeing grassroots basketball leagues for the western region. Jerry played a significant role in leading additional Kobe Bryant-projects during his time at Nike, and most recently served as the Chief of Staff to Bryant within Kobe, Inc., where he was responsible for facilitating a series of meaningful partnerships and business ventures. Jerry is a passionate and dedicated advocate for his community. He is a co-founder of an organization that advocates for social justice while educating athletes on issues currently impacting our society.

—CEO, Global Fashion Brands
Laura Joukovski is CEO of Global Fashion Brands, overseeing JustFab, Shoedazzle and FabKids. In her eight years with TechStyle Fashion Group, Laura has held a series of executive leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer of FabKids, General Manager of Fabletics, SVP of Global Media and Analytics and most recently, Chief Media Officer, where she oversaw a global customer acquisition budget of $125M across TechStyle’s portfolio of brands. Under her direction, TechStyle’s dynamic media operation has risen to industry-leader status within the e-Commerce space and beyond. Prior to TechStyle Fashion Group, Laura held the role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Tea Collection, a multi-channel fashion company that grew into a $20 million profitable business under her leadership. Laura served in various financial planning and analysis management roles throughout her career at world class companies including Levi Strauss & Co and Booz Allen Hamilton.

Nina Fuhrman is the Global Chief Merchandise & Design Officer of JustFab and ShoeDazzle, leading Design, Merchandising, Planning and Production. She brings to Techstyle over 20 years of experience as a brand and retail innovation strategist who has worked across industries to envision and develop compelling consumer products and experiences.
Most recently, Nina served as the VP and GM of FabFitFun Style, where she was building an omni-channel apparel vertical within the FabFitFun lifestyle ecosystem. Prior to FabFitFun, Nina served as Head of Retail Strategy at IDEO in Silicon Valley, a prominent design and innovation consulting firm, where she led multi-disciplinary teams of designers to conceptualize and test new go-to-market experiences and transformation initiatives for both Fortune 500 companies and startups.
Nina built her career in Merchandising, Product Development and Production at marquee brands such as Louis Vuitton, Walmart, Ralph Lauren, J. Crew and Gap Inc. Her ability to balance blue sky design thinking with operational expertise underlies her passion for reimagining our consumers’ experience of JustFab and ShoeDazzle merchandise.
Daria Burke is the Chief Marketing Officer of JustFab, responsible for global brand awareness and positioning, overseeing all marketing functions across channels and geographies. As part of her role, Daria leads and develops JustFab’s customer acquisition strategy, responsible for driving global membership growth and revenue for the brand. Burke works closely with the company’s data science and media measurement teams to ensure JustFab marketing initiatives leverage the latest customer analytics, trends and other insights. Burke joined JustFab in 2019 following years spent building iconic fashion and beauty brands through innovative marketing initiatives. Most recently, Burke led fashion and retail advertising partnerships at Facebook, where she developed brand and performance marketing solutions for advertisers across Facebook and Instagram and evangelized emerging technologies such as native checkout, augmented reality and artificial intelligence-driven customer messaging. Prior to joining Facebook, Burke served as Head of Beauty Strategy, Innovation and Experience at CVS, leading omni-channel growth initiatives and serving as an architect of the BeautyIRL concept. Burke was one of the 10 founding team members of Rent the Runway, where she contributed to the brand’s rapid growth. Earlier in her career, she served in a series of marketing roles of increasing responsibilities at some of the world’s leading beauty brands, including Estée Lauder, Lancôme and Yves Saint Laurent Beauté.
Petra Braun Fukuda
Petra Braun Fukuda serves as CMO of ShoeDazzle, overseeing marketing and growth initiatives for the brand. Previous to her ShoeDazzle role she was SVP of Merchandise for all of TechStyle Fashion Group’s fast fashion brands across the USA, Canada and Europe. In that role, she managed planning for all categories of merchandise including shoes, bags, apparel and accessories. Born and raised in Germany, Petra worked as an Account Executive in advertising at Ogilvy & Mather, where she managed print, radio and television campaigns for a large variety of brands, including DreamWorks Pictures, Disney Channel, Comcast and Mattel. In 2002, Petra became Vice President of Marketing at CalTan, a leading manufacturer of specialty sunscreen products. There she managed all marketing, sales and product development aspects of five brands in over 42 markets worldwide, increasing CalTan’s international business by 25% each year. Petra joined Intelligent Beauty in 2007. As the Vice President for DermStore, helping to launch the company’s in-house beauty brands until the company was acquired by Target Stores. In 2010, Petra was part of the core team in launching JustFab shoes and in 2014, she helped create the JustFab and ShoeDazzle apparel business.
Shauna Drumright is the General Manager of FabKids. Shauna was a member of the founding team at FabKids, where she initially led brand and performance marketing. From there she went on to build the brand’s product management organization. Shauna came to FabKids after leading marketing across several fashion and beauty brands at PopSugar & ShopStyle, two other fast-growing ecommerce brands. Shauna earned her MBA at Harvard Business School, where she helped launch One Kings Lane as an MBA intern. After graduating with a degree in economics from Cornell University, Shauna began her career in brand management at Procter & Gamble. There she developed brand-building strategies and execution plans on billion-dollar brand, Bounty, along with a portfolio of international brands under Clairol.

Felix Del Toro
Felix Del Toro is Senior Vice President, Chief Merchandise & Design Officer of Fabletics, a global activewear brand co-founded by Kate Hudson and operated by TechStyle Fashion Group. With over twenty five years of experience in product management and merchandising, del Toro is known for his unique ability to effectively marry creativity and innovation with business acumen. His deep understanding of technology and data-driven operations has yielded a successful track record of driving profitability for fashion brands. Since joining Fabletics in 2017 del Toro has developed, led, and mentored talent and global teams across disciplines with a focus on business acceleration and sustainable brand growth. His leadership has ushered in a brand evolution for Fabletics, which has included enhanced products, dynamic merchandising and increased collection frequency as a result of inventory innovation. The energy infused into Fabletics by del Toro has contributed significantly to the brand’s rapid growth across North America and Europe.
Kristen Dykstra serves as CMO of Fabletics. A California native based in Los Angeles, Kristen has most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer of Charming Charlie, a rapidly growing women’s accessories retailer and HALSTON, the iconic luxury brand founded in the 1970’s. Prior to HALSTON, Kristen lived in New York City where she served as SVP of Marketing for Ann Taylor and Chief Marketing Officer of Kenneth Cole Productions. As a key member of each company’s executive committee, Kristen consistently served as the strategic architect of integrated marketing programs designed to evolve and enhance brand perception and create an emotional connection with the customer while driving results with loyal and new prospective clients. Prior to Kenneth Cole, Kristen worked for BCBG Max Azria Group for 11 years. During her tenure, she played an integral role in growing the company from a $250 million retailer into a $2 billion global apparel group, supporting the launch and acquisition of 19 new brands and various licensees & distributors, while playing a lead role in turning the relatively unknown BCBG name into a globally renowned, highly sought-after brand.
Gerrit Mueller is responsible for the European expansion of TechStyle Fashion Group brands. Based in Berlin, Germany, Gerrit oversees all aspects of expanding JustFab’s and Fabletics’ successful business outside of the USA. Gerrit’s 15+ years of online experience, combined with his with entrepreneurial spirit, makes him perfectly poised to establish these brands as the market leader in Europe. Prior to joining TechStyle Fashion Group., Gerrit was CEO and GM International for MyHammer AG in Germany, Europe’s largest marketplace for contracting services. He oversaw MyHammer’s 50% annual growth during his tenure as CEO. From 2007 to 2009, Gerrit served as a Senior Director at Yahoo! in London, England, where he oversaw Yahoo!’s mobile products. Prior to Yahoo!, Gerrit founded his own mobile startup, Icon Impact GmbH, which today is part of the worldwide WPP ad network (Iconmobile Group). Gerrit started his career at eBay in Germany where he spent five years in multiple product management functions in Berlin, Germany, as well as in California, launching international eBay marketplaces in Austria, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.

Robyn Rihanna Fenty
Music and fashion icon Rihanna embarks on her newest venture: lingerie designer. Christiane Pendarvis is the Chief Merchandising and Design Officer for Savage x Fenty and oversees product creation for the brand including the Design, Production, Merchandising, Planning and Site Merchandising teams. She combines extensive experience in product development and general management with a deep expertise in building compelling customer experiences on digital platforms. Steeped in the intimate apparel market having served as Chief Merchandising Officer at aerie and VP of Merchandising at Victoria’s Secret earlier in her career, she is known for her ability to translate customer insights into business strategies. Her goal is to build differentiated and exciting product assortments that solidify Savage as the next dominate brand in the intimate apparel space. Christiane joined TechStyle from Full Beauty Brands, a leading direct to consumer plus size apparel company, where as SVP E-commerce and Marketplaces, she drove rapid growth of the marketplace channel, doubling the business in less than 2 years. Prior to FullBeauty, she held leadership roles at top companies including Gap Inc, Procter and Gamble and Neiman Marcus. She received a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and a M.B.A from the Kenan-Flager Business School at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.

Natalie Guzman serves as Chief Marketing Officer of Savage X Fenty, leading the Customer Acquisition, CRM, Brand, Social, PR, Creative and Studio teams. A graduate of FIDM, Natalie combines her impressive background in digital media and ecommerce with a lifelong love of beauty and fashion. Under Natalie’s leadership, Savage X Fenty has quickly become the fastest-growing brand within the TechStyle family. She played an instrumental role in the production and marketing of Savage X Fenty’s groundbreaking Fashion Show of 2019—considered one of the most electrifying moments of New York Fashion Week. Having amassed a staggering number of press impressions at the time of its premiere on Amazon Prime Video and still generating buzz to this day, the show is revered for its incomparable display of inclusivity and innovation. Prior to joining TechStyle, Natalie served in CMO roles with startups in the beauty industry, most notably DermStore Beauty Group, which became the fastest-growing skincare ecommerce in the U.S. During her tenure there, she spearheaded a number of initiatives that proved pivotal to the company’s ongoing success. She not only built the online retailer’s marketing team from the ground up, but also played a key role in the strategic sale to Target Corp. in late 2013. Since the onset of her career in 2003, Natalie has excelled at her craft, working within innovative organizations such as DDB Entertainment, IGN Entertainment and Fox Interactive Media.
